    What is needed, for someone who wants to change things, is a radical space where rawness, aliveness and feelings are allowed and held with clarity, empowerment and in connection with others.

     

    This is what Basic Inner Navigation Skills practices are about.

     

    BINS (Basic Inner Navigation Skills)

     

    By learning and practicing Basic Inner Navigation Skills (BINS) you start to own your feelings and use them more consciously to create different results in your life.

     

    BINS is about:

    • Getting your Compass of Reality back
    • Getting Centred, Grounded and Bubbled
    • Learning how to consciously feel Angry, Sad, Scared and Joy
    • Communicating from your feelings (i.e.: I feel Angry because …)
    • Distinguishing between Feelings and Emotions
    • Connecting with your 5 bodies (Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Energetic and Archetypal)
    • Transforming your feelings from PAIN to Rocket Fuel to heal and to power your life’s purpose.

     

    How do you train and practice BINS?

     

    BINS practices happen in practice spaces where you meet in a group or a 1-on-1 with a BINS spaceholder to go through a map, or distinction or to have a 4 feelings check-in.

     

    The sessions go anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours and can done be online or in-person.

     

    Why BINS?

     

    There’s very little awareness of the power of conscious feelings in modern culture.

     

    Most modalities of healing and therapies are centred around trying to fix you so that you can fit back into the mould made for you in modern culture.

     

    The purpose of practicing BINS is not to make you fit into a mould or a diagnosis, but to empower you to get your center back, your authority, your voice and your energy for you to create what you came here to create.

     

    Emotional Healing Processes

     

    Emotional Healing Processes are spaces where you take your Emotions to process them and complete what you couldn’t complete before.

     

    EHPs become possible only after learning and practicing the Basic Inner Navigation Skills. Without the basic skills, feelings are not felt consciously enough to create different results in your life.

     

    After a life-long of repressing and stuffing down your feelings, you are likely riddled with layers upon layers of Emotions, old decisions that you made in the past about yourself, the world, your parents, and mechanisms for covering up what you’re really feeling, etc.

     

    EHP spaces are for peeling off these layers and going deeper and deeper, toward the core of your authentic being and completing incomplete emotions.

     

    EHP spaces are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, most often in 1-on-1 spaces with a spaceholder, sometimes with 2 spaceholders.

     

    Why now? 

     

    I wish I had known this sooner in my life and I could have avoided so much pain that I created for myself and others by unconsciously using my feelings and emotions to inflict pain, manipulate, disconnect, blame, and resent.
