Vancouver Island's trusted gold buyers
Reynolds Antiques & Collectibles
A long-standing antiques and collectibles shop in Sooke.
They buy gold, silver, jewellery and whole estates.
The site had to make sellers trust them.

- Timeline
- December 2025 to May 2026.
- What I did
- Design, build, auction banner, owner guide, hosting
What mattered
- •Trust first. Fair, honest, no pressure.
- •A clear way to sell. "Sell Your Gold" sits in the header on every page.
- •Showing what's on the shelves.
- •Updating estate auctions without a developer.
Two jobs
Make a stranger trust a gold buyer.
Show a buyer what's worth a visit.
The first version went up in December 2025.
The look is black, cream and gold. Quiet luxury, because that's the kind of trust a gold seller needs.
Why choose Reynolds
Fair and honest. Twenty years of expertise. Quick evaluation. Local and trusted.
Four short cards, because that's all a seller needs before calling.
Reviews from clients sit below.

The collection
Gold rings, a sapphire, a ruby, a turquoise pendant.
Photographed on rocks and moss, outside, in daylight.
Gallery and Shop pages keep the catalogue browsable.

Auctions without a developer
Estate auctions run on MaxSold.
A banner at the top shows up to three live or upcoming auctions.
The owner edits a small data file, and the banner changes.
No new deploy. No call to me.
I wrote a management guide so they know how to run, update and publish the site.
